• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand and analyze patients' mental health needs, developing individualized and actionable treatment plans based on these evaluations.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each patient, utilizing modalities such as solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral techniques, and mindfulness approaches.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards to ensure compliance and facilitate effective treatment continuity.
• Work collaboratively with a team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers to deliver cohesive and integrated care.
• Engage patients and their families by providing education and support throughout the therapy process, helping them understand their mental health journeys and connect with additional community resources when necessary.
• Stay informed of the latest research and best practices in mental health care, continually refining your skills and knowledge to deliver the best therapeutic outcomes.

You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid LICSW license in the state of Vermont is essential for practice.
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy and other evidence-based interventions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a focus on outpatient care, is preferred.
• Experience in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems to manage patient care and documentation.

The compensation range for this position is competitive, offering a salary between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
