Can I work remotely as a remote electrical engineering military?

Remote electrical engineering roles in the military typically require security clearances and on-site presence for certain tasks, but some positions involving design, analysis, or software development can be performed remotely. Candidates should have strong technical skills, relevant certifications, and be prepared for potential on-site requirements depending on the specific role and agency policies.

Can a remote electrical engineering military work in the military?

A remote electrical engineer with military experience can work in the military or defense industry, often supporting projects related to communications, radar, or weapon systems. However, working directly in the military typically requires in-person service, security clearances, and adherence to military employment policies, which may limit remote work options for active-duty personnel. Civilian remote roles in defense companies may be available for those with relevant skills and clearances.
