Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to oversee the design and implementation of Transportation & Roadway Design infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and leadership skills to drive project success and foster innovation in electrical engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of roadway lighting, traffic signals, and power systems.
  • Ensure compliance with national and state electrical codes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate smart infrastructure solutions.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control processes.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to foster business development opportunities.
  • Train and mentor junior engineering staff and promote a culture of learning and development.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required.
