Position: Circuit Design Writer - Engineering FRQ
Type: Contract
Compensation: $85/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

  • Author original, free-response engineering problems grounded in real industry scenarios.
  • Write complete expert-level solutions for each problem.
  • Validate problem difficulty by testing against three frontier language models until at least one fails.
  • Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and model performance.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and enhance AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • PhD in Electrical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of hands-on professional/industry experience in analog, digital, power, or RF circuit design.
  • Experience shipping or taping out real designs, not only simulated/verified.

Preferred

  • Experience with well-known/blue-chip employers.
