Role Overview:

We're hiring a senior quota-carrying Individual Contributor to expand our footprint in Energy and Manufacturing, selling immersive EHS/HSE solutions that drive:

  • Higher compliance and competency
  • Fewer injuries and incidents
  • Better readiness for rare/high-risk events
  • Faster onboarding and consistent execution across sites

This role is for a seller who can operate comfortably in the boardroom and on the plant floor-building executive conviction and site-level adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution design, pilot, rollout, and expansion.
  • Focus on selling to Energy & Manufacturing clients by engaging key decision-makers and cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct value-focused discovery to link EHS needs with operational benefits.
  • Develop business cases that align safety priorities with executive decisions.
  • Create effective pilots and drive multi-site/enterprise rollouts.
  • Work with product teams to deliver impactful demos and workshops.
  • Keep a disciplined pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in enterprise B2B sales with a focus on engaging EHS/HSE/Operational leaders.
  • Proven ability to sell XR (VR/AR/XR) solutions tailored for training, operations, or safety applications.
  • Extensive background in Energy and/or Manufacturing sectors.
  • Consistent record of guiding customers from pilot programs to full enterprise adoption.
  • Outstanding communication skills that convey executive presence and effective storytelling.
  • Skilled in managing complex buying committees and navigating procurement processes.
  • Resides in the USA or Canada close to a major travel hub, with willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Nice to have:

  • Proficient in AI-driven performance coaching, analytics, or skills verification.
  • Possesses a strong network and established relationships within EHS leadership communities and large industrial enterprises.
  • Experience working directly with, or selling in conjunction with, leading XR or industrial platforms (such as PTC Vuforia or STRIVR) is considered advantageous.
