• Provide timely and effective telehealth consultations to clients, ensuring that each session meets the quality standards set by the organization.
• Conduct thorough assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and medical necessity.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches tailored to client needs.
• Maintain up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) that comply with HIPAA regulations, documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Foster a positive therapeutic relationship by actively listening, demonstrating empathy, and providing a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training sessions and workshops provided by the organization.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests for support, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
• Adhere to ethical principles and telehealth regulations while advocating for the client's best interests in all interactions.
• Maintain a professional virtual office setup conducive to effective therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to discuss cases and share insights to enhance service delivery.

Your work will focus on a diverse client population encompassing various backgrounds, cultures, and mental health challenges. You will encounter individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional and psychological difficulties. Your role is pivotal in promoting mental wellness and resilience, ensuring that all clients feel respected, understood, and valued.

• Education: A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required.
• Licensure: Candidates must hold a valid state license (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) or equivalent licensure to practice telehealth services.
• Clinical Skills: Expertise in remote counseling modalities, therapeutic techniques, and fluency with telehealth platforms are essential.
• Communication Skills: Excellent online communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build rapport over virtual platforms.
• Ethical Standards: Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and understanding the nuances of telehealth regulations are crucial.
• Cultural Competence: Experience working with diverse populations and the capability to address cultural differences sensitively.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth software is necessary to facilitate effective remote practice.

• Experience in mental health counseling, particularly in telehealth, is preferred but not mandatory.
• Background in community health settings or similar environments is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver client-centered care and interventions that align with patient needs.
