This remote position allows you to work from home while utilizing telehealth platforms to connect with clients. • Engage in initial consultations with clients to assess their mental health status and needs, using standardized assessment tools when appropriate.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders.
• Conduct regular therapy sessions, offering both individual and group therapy modes, while employing culturally responsive techniques that resonate with diverse client backgrounds.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social service providers, when referring clients for additional support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records within our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Participate in team meetings and peer supervision to discuss case management strategies and share best practices.

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, substance dependency, relationship issues, and trauma. Our ideal candidates are culturally competent and skilled in approaching each client with empathy and understanding, tailoring their therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of clients from various backgrounds.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working with a wide range of mental health issues.
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches and a deep understanding of mental health disorders.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with clients.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Previous experience with both individual and group therapy, employing an inclusive approach to therapy.
