This position is fully remote, allowing our therapists to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering care to clients through a secure telehealth platform. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other validated methodologies tailored to meet diverse client needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and confidentiality standards, including adherence to HIPAA guidelines, to protect client information.
• Foster a collaborative atmosphere by engaging with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists, to discuss client care.
• Participate in case consultations and peer reviews, contributing insight to improve care quality and team dynamics.
• Provide education and resources to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and local support services.
• Remain informed about current research, trends, and advancements in mental health to integrate new knowledge into practice.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused and trauma-informed psychotherapy interventions oriented toward individual client needs.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and critical-thinking abilities.
• A comprehensive understanding of psychological theories and commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
• Ability to establish meaningful therapeutic relationships characterized by trust and empathy.

• Experience working in a community health setting or telehealth environment, with an understanding of remote client care challenges and best practices.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to document client interactions and track treatment progress efficiently.
• Background in engaging with diverse populations, inclusive of various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
