Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the specific needs and backgrounds of clients, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address a diverse spectrum of mental health issues, ensuring personalized care for each individual.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, consistently documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Engaging in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to enhance the quality and effectiveness of care provided.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer reviews to foster an environment of continuous improvement and learning within the clinical team.
• Providing educational resources and support to patients and their families, helping them to better understand mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Staying informed about the latest research and developments in mental health to ensure that your clinical practice reflects the most current evidence-based standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as an LCSW will involve working with a diverse range of patients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in providing compassionate care and effective interventions to assist individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health disorders.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Michigan.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience providing therapy services to individuals and families.
• Strong knowledge and experience in evidence-based psychotherapy interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive rapport with patients and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with teletherapy and remote service delivery models.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions efficiently.
• Prior involvement in program development or community outreach efforts related to mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
