We are seeking a Client Success Associate who communicates clearly, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to creating positive experiences. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable working in a fast paced remote environment, and able to provide thoughtful support across a variety of inquiries.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Duolingo products, services, and support resources to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Handle a high volume of client and user interactions while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and a positive approach.
  • Respond professionally to incoming requests and collaborate with appropriate internal teams to help resolve questions and concerns.
  • Utilize customer relationship management and internal support systems to assign, complete, document, and track requests accurately.
  • Maintain an empathetic, solutions oriented, and user first approach in all interactions.
  • Identify recurring questions or concerns and communicate relevant feedback to appropriate team members.
  • Maintain accurate records while following established procedures for privacy, confidentiality, and information handling.
