K-12 Delivery Specialist

Remote | Contract Assignment | Full-Time Hours

We are seeking a K-12 Delivery Specialist to support digital assessment programs across school districts and educational institutions. This role is responsible for helping schools prepare for testing, delivering training, managing escalations, and ensuring successful assessment administration.

Responsibilities

  • Support school and district coordinators throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Conduct training sessions, webinars, and virtual office hours.
  • Manage escalated issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address operational and technical challenges.
  • Monitor readiness activities and ensure compliance with program requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer support to educational stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in K-12 education, educational technology, assessments, or district operations.
  • Experience leading trainings, workshops, or webinars.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
