We are actively hiring for a Litigation Operations Senior Consultant, Projects & Technology - Remote!

Your Role: Working under limited direction from Litigation leadership, the Litigation Operations Senior Consultant, Projects & Technology oversees key areas of the legal operations function. This role owns moderately complex initiatives, supporting department and division priorities while contributing to process improvement and change management efforts.

Your Work:

Essential Functions / Principal Responsibilities

  • Manages litigation project portfolio, triaging litigation ideas received via division intake, updating SharePoint and Jira according to company and division expectations through resolution.
  • Applies project management and change management concepts to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and workflows.
  • Identifies operational gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, implementing practical solutions.
  • Drives and facilitates the adoption of new and updated processes, workflows, tools, and vendor solutions to support consistent implementation and effective daytoday use.
  • Communicates effectively with attorneys, legal staff, litigation leadership, vendors, and business partners while safeguarding confidentiality.
  • Schedules, prepares agendas for, and facilitates meetings related to projects and project portfolio management.
  • Prepares reports, analyses, and presentations for leadership audiences.

Primary Responsibilities - Litigation Operations

  • Partners with Claims Law and Subrogation Law leadership to facilitate discovery, document business needs, and translate operational requirements into actionable project, process, technology, and change initiatives.
  • Coordinates project management activities across litigation operations, including facilitating monthly project meetings, tracking progress, helping prioritize work, and identifying and resolving roadblocks.
  • Partners with internal stakeholders such as IT, strategic sourcing, facilities, finance, and other business functions to support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Leads key litigation operations projects directly.

Required Experience, Education and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Typically, a minimum of 8 years of relevant legal, legal operations, or litigation operations experience.
  • 3-4 years of people leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing operational functions and supporting cross-functional initiatives.
  • Advanced knowledge of legal concepts, terminology, and procedures relevant to legal or litigation support functions.
  • Strong understanding of law office and litigation office administration, facilities management, budgeting, purchasing, and legal technology.
  • Working knowledge of legal operations, litigation operations, project management, financial management, and process improvement concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage people, prioritize competing demands, and operate with limited direction.
  • Proven ability to analyze issues, develop solutions, and support implementation.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and matter or case management systems; ability to prepare reports and analyses.
  • Ability to lead meetings and collaborate across functions

  • Paralegal certification or other relevant professional certifications.
  • 3-4 years of people leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Change management, project management and/or process improvement certification.
  • Experience preparing presentations and documenting workflows using PowerPoint or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of change management or project management methodologies.
  • Experience supporting multiple law offices or geographically dispersed teams.
  • Experience leading moderately complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

The national average salary range for this position is $80,865.00-$89,850.00. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on work location. The starting pay range for this position across all the states we hire in is $80,865.00-$107,900.00. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 12% of eligible pay.This job posting will be unposted on Fri, 24 Jul 2026.
