Renewed Visions Counseling Solutions is seeking a dedicated and licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our passionate team in providing crucial support and resources to children and families through a remote work model. This full-time position is focused on helping young children with disabilities and developmental delays thrive within an educational setting, ensuring they receive tailored interventions and assistance that foster their growth and development.

Work Environment

This position is remote, allowing for flexibility in work hours while focusing on school-based support services. Collaborating with educators and parents, you will help create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that accommodates the unique needs of every child. Our team leverages technology to connect with families, providing critical resources and facilitating development plans that are accessible from the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the unique needs of children and their families.
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to ensure appropriate service delivery.
  • Monitor progress and outcomes, adjusting strategies and interventions as necessary to meet evolving needs.
  • Forge strong relationships with children, families, and team members to encourage a supportive atmosphere conducive to growth.
  • Provide resources, skill development training, and emotional support to families to empower them in fostering their child's development.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices in developing joint plans with families, incorporating feedback and insights to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Engage in continuous communication with educational bodies and other service providers to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Adhere strictly to all federal and state regulations related to service provision, confidentiality, and child welfare.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role is primarily focused on young children aged 0-3 who exhibit delays in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. You will work closely with families to help children overcome challenges, allowing them to develop essential life skills that set the foundation for their future education and personal development.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Must hold an active LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
  • At least one year of direct experience working with children in early intervention settings.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt approaches to accommodate various learning styles.
  • A valid driverโ€™s license for potential home visits and community engagement.
  • Commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices and a passion for supporting child development.
