Key Responsibilities

The LCSW will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at supporting our student population:

• Implement therapeutic interventions based on solution-focused techniques that are tailored to the unique circumstances of each student.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements, contributing to the overall quality of care.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to continually enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily engage with school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and academic stress. You will play a crucial role in not only supporting the students but also in working with their families to foster a positive support system around them.

Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois.
• Demonstrated clinical experience, with a minimum of three years in psychotherapy, preferably within school or outpatient settings.
• Strong proficiency in solution-focused therapy and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience

While the minimum qualifications are essential, we prefer candidates who have:

• Experience working in educational settings or with children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits
