Job description

Kyo is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, dedicated to empowering children with autism and their families to achieve meaningful outcomes. Kyo is looking for an enthusiastic, organized and experienced to join the team and work 100% from home.

Pay Range: $78,000 - $90,000 Depending on Education/Location

Candidates must reside in South Carolina

Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities Available

BCBAs AT KYO:

  • Lead individualized ABA programs via Telehealth across home, school, and community settings, supported by Kyo's proprietary care application and data systems.
  • Support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education and Skills: Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Active BCBA certification. Minimum of 3 years of ABA experience post-certification.
  • Availability: Ability to provide client support within our service hours of 8:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday, based on client needs and within the time zone of your caseload.
  • Location: Must reside in one of Kyo's priority states of operation.
  • Technology: Strong internet connection and a professional, distraction-free remote work environment with reliable video conferencing capability.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and operate standard computer equipment for the duration of the workday.
