• Provide individualized psychotherapy services tailored to the unique needs of low-acuity adults, primarily within the educational sector.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' physical, mental, and emotional states, thereby gaining a thorough understanding of their challenges.
• Develop and implement detailed treatment plans focused on solution-based therapy methodologies, adapting strategies to suit specific client needs.
• Regularly monitor and assess clients' progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on providing therapy to clients in an educational setting, including students and adults involved in academic environments. This population often presents with a variety of low-acuity mental health concerns that require a compassionate and well-informed approach. Your role will be critical in helping clients navigate these challenges, promoting their mental well-being and academic success.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current licensure issued by the appropriate state board is essential; acceptable licenses include LMFT, LPC, LCSW, and PsyD.
• Strictly no limited or provisional licenses, or individuals with disciplinary actions will be considered.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in the mental health field, preferably in educational or counseling settings.
• Demonstrated clinical and diagnostic skills alongside a proven history of effectively managing a caseload of diverse clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities and a deep-rooted empathy for individuals facing mental health challenges.

• Annual salary range between USD 80,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
