• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews to gather comprehensive data.
• Create and implement customized treatment plans that align with each client's therapeutic goals, while regularly updating these plans based on progress and feedback.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to individual client preferences.
• Engage in continuous communication with clients to establish therapeutic goals, provide ongoing support, and adapt approaches as needed throughout the treatment process.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of therapy sessions, client interactions, and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team members and external providers when necessary, ensuring comprehensive care for clients.

Your caseload will encompass a diverse array of clients seeking support for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. You will work closely with individuals across different ages and cultural backgrounds, addressing unique life experiences and challenges. Your approach will foster a safe and secure environment, empowering clients to express themselves freely and work toward their mental health goals.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and establish a therapeutic alliance with clients remotely.
• A deep sense of empathy and understanding for clients' unique experiences and emotional challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance a caseload and maintain accurate documentation.

• Experience in telehealth services is highly desired, with a thorough understanding of virtual therapy platforms and best practices for remote engagement.
• Previous experience working with diverse client populations and a demonstrated ability to tackle various mental health issues.
• Interest in continuous professional development and keeping abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
