Your role as a licensed mental health therapist will be dynamic and varied. Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions for clients across various stages of life, addressing a wide array of mental health issues.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments remotely to evaluate clients’ strengths, challenges, and goals, which inform your therapeutic approach.
• Developing and implementing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client.
• Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure an integrated approach to care, assisting clients in accessing necessary external resources.
• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation of client progress and interventions using a secure electronic health record system.

Our diverse client population includes children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural backgrounds. This position requires a therapist who can work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. It is essential to create a safe, empathetic space where clients can openly discuss their thoughts and feelings while establishing trust and rapport.

To be considered for this role, the following qualifications are required:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Prior experience in mental health counseling is highly desired, but new graduates with the necessary licenses are encouraged to apply.
• Strong assessment skills and the ability to make informed clinical decisions for treatment planning and execution.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate disposition and a genuine commitment to client welfare.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and digital communication tools is essential for effective remote practice.

• Working with a range of mental health diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adjustment disorders.

• Conducting therapy within an outpatient setting, particularly in a remote capacity.
