• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment strategies.
• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are both effective and aligned with each client’s personal goals, utilizing methodologies grounded in clinical best practices.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients, participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential records of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to all legal and ethical standards of confidentiality and privacy.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and training to enhance professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health practices.

• Continuing education or certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques or client assessments.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 50,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
