• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique mental health needs, formulating personalized treatment plans accordingly.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy through secure virtual platforms, adapting techniques to suit the distinct needs and preferences of each client.
• Facilitate collaborative goal setting with clients, providing ongoing support and strategies throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Utilize various therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and others, as appropriate for the client’s situation.
• Ensuring meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, maintaining accurate records of client progress, and adhering to compliance and ethical guidelines.

Our counselors primarily serve a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, trauma, and relationship issues. Understanding the unique perspectives and needs of each client is central to our approach, enabling counselors to foster therapeutic relationships that are both impactful and supportive.

• A current and valid mental health license such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and a therapeutic connection with clients remotely.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of clients' experiences and mental health challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage therapy sessions effectively while complying with documentation requirements.

• Experience in virtual therapy practice, familiar with telehealth systems and platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse client population, including individuals from various socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
• Specialization in specific therapeutic techniques or a focus area, such as trauma-informed care or child and adolescent therapy, is a plus.
