Key Responsibilities

You will work with a diverse population of clients from various socio-economic and cultural backgrounds. Qualifications
  • A valid and current license in one of the following areas: Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.
  • A Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years in the mental health counseling field.
  • Proficient understanding of evidence-based practices applicable to various mental health disorders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish rapport and engage clients effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary for effective collaboration with team members.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a community health setting that provides insight into underserved populations and their unique needs.
