• Provide clinical assessments and evidence-based therapeutic interventions in accordance with program requirements and funding sources.
• Collaborate closely with the treatment team to coordinate client care, develop treatment plans, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services tailored to individual client needs.
• Display cultural competence by understanding and addressing the linguistic and socio-economic factors that influence client care and engagement.
• Maintain effective communication with external partners such as schools, community organizations, and healthcare providers to ensure holistic support for clients.
• Adhere to documentation and billing procedures as outlined by the agency to guarantee compliance with contractual obligations and program needs.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse clientele that includes individuals from various backgrounds, age groups, and with distinct mental health challenges. You will address mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders, fostering a safe environment where clients can openly discuss their experiences and goals.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Must hold an active license in Pennsylvania as a Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Demonstrated experience in delivering mental health services in clinical or community settings.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience with telehealth services is preferred, alongside familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote engagement techniques.
• Knowledge of community resources and support systems available for mental health clients.
• Background in working with diverse populations, particularly those facing socio-economic challenges.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
