• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify social, emotional, and environmental challenges, employing standardized assessment tools and methodology.
• Design and implement personalized service plans in partnership with clients that define clear therapeutic goals, outline interventions, and facilitate regular progress monitoring.
• Deliver individual and family counseling tailored to address specific life challenges such as trauma, addiction, and relational issues, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Guide clients through the process of developing their personalized service plans, connecting them with appropriate community resources and services such as housing, healthcare, and employment assistance.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment services as necessary, ensuring client welfare and safety planning.
• Collaborate with external organizations and community agencies to coordinate comprehensive services and advocate for client needs effectively.
• Engage in outreach activities to elevate awareness of our services within the community, and promote access to available resources.
• Participate actively in case conferences and team meetings, contributing to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

You will primarily serve individuals and families facing significant life challenges, including those affected by mental health disorders, trauma, substance use, and economic hardship. Your work will play a critical role in supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them identify and access necessary resources for improving their overall well-being and quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Understanding of social and economic justice issues, community resources, and trauma-informed care are critical for success in this role.
• Proficiency in excellent communication skills, cultural competence, and problem-solving abilities to address the unique needs of our clients effectively.

• Previous experience working in a social service agency or related environment is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities that effectively address diverse client concerns.
• Previous involvement in community outreach initiatives and service coordination is an advantage.

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 60,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
