Location Requirement: Applicants must reside in North Carolina or within 40 miles of the NC border, and hold a valid North Carolina BCBA license. All clients are located in North Carolina.

What You'll Do

• Conduct FBAs and assessments to build individualized treatment plans

• Develop, oversee, and update ABA treatment programs

• Supervise and mentor RBTs in home and community settings

• Deliver parent training and caregiver support

• Analyze data, adjust programming, and keep documentation compliant with NC Medicaid and insurance requirements

• ABA therapy experience (home, clinic, or community)

• Strong assessment, data analysis, and treatment planning skills
