Job Description:

Required:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in training development and delivery.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle CPQ and training lifecycle.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with SCORM eLearning standards and training development software such as Articulate Storyline, Rise and Captivate.
  • Knowledge of Oracle CPQ, Fusion, and CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in instructional design principles and methodologies.
  • Strong visual and textual storyboarding skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (SMES, IT, L&D, OCM) to design training solutions.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across functions and geographies.
  • Self-motivated, excellent communication skills, and a team-player attitude.
  • Proactive approach to improving work standards and processes.
