Key Responsibilities:
  • Customize and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM & ERP) solutions
  • Develop and integrate applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Build AI-powered workflows and conversational experiences using Copilot Studio
  • Create front-end customizations using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS
  • Design and implement integrations using XRM SDK and Dynamics Web API
