Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth video platforms, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the individual needs of adult clients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers to create and refine comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring integrated care that addresses the holistic needs of each client.
• Utilize diagnostic tools, including self-assessments and goal-progress metrics, to monitor client progress and make informed adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary.
• Prepare detailed case notes and treatment documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required to ensure a solid foundation in mental health counseling principles.
• Full licensure as a practicing mental health professional is essential, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Please note that provisional licenses are not accepted for this role.
• A strong ability to evaluate client situations, formulate treatment recommendations, and execute therapeutic interventions confidently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a supportive demeanor in all client interactions.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems is crucial for effective service delivery.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in telehealth or remote counseling settings is highly advantageous, as it provides familiarity with the unique dynamics of virtual client relationships.
• Experience utilizing standardized assessment tools for symptom evaluation, treatment planning, and progress tracking will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
