Your Impact

Enterprise Technical Sales Success: own securing technical wins and influencing purchasing decisions by architecting solutions leveraging Axon Dedrone that deliver value in alignment with customers' business and technical requirements. Strategic Technical Leadership: build deep relationships with executive and technical stakeholders as a trusted technical advisor throughout the Enterprise customer journey, from early discovery and solution design through executive alignment and deal closure. Drive Customer-Based Product Innovation: deliver detailed, data-driven customer feedback and insights to influence product roadmap prioritization and market fit. Exceptional Cross-Functional Relationships: establish collaborative partnerships across Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success to accelerate the business, mature processes, and foster strong teamwork. Elevated Team Excellence: strengthen team performance by documenting and sharing best practices and domain expertise, as well as continuously sharpening your craft

What You'll Do 

Location: Remote- travel up to 50% of time

Strategic Customer Leadership:

  • Strategic, customer-facing technical leader with 8+ years of experience excelling in complex Enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Discovery expert that deeply understands customers' core challenges and objectives even if not explicitly stated, and translates them into scalable, outcome-driven solutions especially when pioneering ground breaking applications
  • Exceptional communicator exhibiting executive presence engaging with both senior decision-makers as well as technical stakeholders to deliver compelling narratives concisely and persuasively articulating a tailored value proposition

Experienced Technical Practitioner:

  • Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and architectures
  • Integrating AI to deliver value SaaS-based solutions
  • Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, PoE)Familiarity with drone and/or cUAS technology, and pilot experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of security and compliance, IPsec, InfoSec, etc.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
