POSITION SUMMARY
Broadvoice is seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will equip our global sales team and partners with the training, content, processes, and tools needed to drive performance and accelerate revenue growth. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, partners, and key stakeholders to enhance productivity and improve sales outcomes. Success in this role requires strong alignment with sales leadership, active participation in team initiatives, and ongoing engagement to ensure enablement strategies effectively support business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable training programs, sales messaging, processes, and tools that drive consistent performance across global sales teams and partners.
  • Enable successful product launches by equipping sales teams with the knowledge, positioning, and resources needed to effectively sell our solutions.
  • Drive new hire onboarding programs, ensuring a structured and effective ramp that accelerates productivity and consistency.
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships, supporting their journey from initial onboarding through ongoing enablement and engagement.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify skill gaps, reinforce messaging, and align enablement initiatives with revenue objectives.
  • Develop engaging learning assets across formats, including eLearning modules, instructor-led content, presentations, and job aids.
  • Continuously assess and improve enablement programs using feedback, performance metrics, and evolving business priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience designing, developing, and delivering sales enablement programs, including instructor-led, virtual, and partner-facing training initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with instructional design and eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate 360 or similar platforms).
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging training in both virtual and in-person environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling sales messaging and learning content.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve enablement programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement.
