This position is entirely remote, allowing our team members to maintain a work-life balance while serving families across Houston, Texas. • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify the specific needs of infants and toddlers with disabilities or delays.
• Engage with families and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's unique requirements.
• Continuously monitor progress and outcomes, making adjustments as necessary to ensure the highest standards of care.
• Provide direct support to families, equipping them with skills and insights that facilitate child development and navigating challenges.
• Adhere meticulously to Federal and State regulations governing early intervention services, ensuring compliance and best practices are observed.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with children and families, fostering a trusting and supportive atmosphere conducive to learning and growth.
• Create individualized treatment strategies based on evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Principles.
• Advocate for effective coaching models and natural environment teaching approaches that align with family routines.

You will primarily work with infants and toddlers who show signs of developmental delays or disabilities. The role emphasizes collaboration with families to ensure they feel supported and empowered. You will play a crucial role in guiding parents through early intervention strategies, providing resources, and ensuring that services meet the unique needs of every child.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver's license to facilitate potential travel for client meetings or training sessions.
• At least one year of experience working directly in early intervention settings.
• Demonstrated commitment to utilizing Natural Learning Environment Practices in support of child development.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset with a deep respect for the dynamics of team engagement.

• Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish or other languages are highly valued, enhancing our ability to serve diverse communities.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement evidence-based practices in a remote setting.
