Everyone Matters Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. While the position is remote, the therapist will have access to our outpatient office resources and support from an interconnected team of healthcare providers dedicated to delivering outstanding mental health care.

• Conduct comprehensive suicide risk assessments and ensure detailed documentation is completed accurately.
• Provide crisis intervention and psychotherapy, utilizing effective techniques even in challenging environments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical and support staff, to assess and diagnose psychiatric disorders comprehensively.
• Draft clinical reports, formulate individualized treatment plans, and participate in consultations for complex cases to optimize patient care.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient care and progress while adhering to ethical standards and legal reporting requirements.
• Act as a key communicator within the care team, making informed recommendations and collaborating with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Integrate best practice guidelines into treatment plans tailored to individual diagnoses and provide educational resources and therapeutic support.
• Be available for on-call crisis interventions and provide emergency consultations when needed during regular workdays.
• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations that include the assessment of criminal backgrounds and substance use history.

The primary clients served include mothers and other caregivers who face various challenges, including mental health issues, economic hardships, and social isolation. Our goal is to provide a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients can express their concerns and receive effective interventions tailored to their unique situations.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, clinical social work, or a related field from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
• A valid independent clinician license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
• Proven ability to manage a substantial caseload while working collaboratively with numerous healthcare providers.
• A demonstrated dedication to impacting lives positively and improving the future landscape of behavioral health care.
• Strong capabilities in using electronic medical records and proficient communication skills via email.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly with standard Windows applications.

• Experience and knowledge of co-occurring mental health disorders and chemical dependency issues.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to veterans' homes for necessary onsite visits.
• Preferred experience in mental health assessments, community outreach initiatives, substance abuse treatment, or social welfare practices.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
