As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Intellect Capacity Mental Clinic, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations to closely monitor the mental health needs of your clients.
• Facilitating effective communication among supervisors, direct care staff, family members, and other relevant stakeholders to support patient development and care.
• Drafting and sharing treatment plans that outline appointments, home visits, and observation sessions to ensure a structured approach to patient progress.
• Organizing and executing in-home visits for observations and data collection, ensuring that treatment plans are effectively implemented.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on patient care strategies and share insights on patient progress.
• Documenting monthly and quarterly progress notes to maintain accurate records and track the effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Providing training sessions for staff and team members to nurture skills needed for effective care delivery and documentation.
• Conducting follow-up interviews and home visits to address any continuing needs and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintaining up-to-date records to ensure information accessibility for relevant parties and contribute to informed decision-making.
• Engaging with the public and mental health community to promote programs and enhance the organization’s outreach.
• Contributing to the development of training materials aimed at improving individual therapy programs.

Your work will focus on a diverse array of clientele, including adults and youths facing various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably within a clinical context.
• A solid understanding of ethical and legal aspects of mental health care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and related software tools.

• Specialization or experience in fields such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and client caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
