Remote Family Law Attorney – Serving Northern Michigan (Traverse City Region)

We are seeking a Family Law Attorney to support a growing practice serving clients across Northern Michigan, with a primary focus on the Traverse City region. This role is remote-flexible, with court appearances and client interaction in the local market.


What You’ll Do

  • Handle a full caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and related issues
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and negotiations
  • Provide strategic counsel and guide clients through complex, high-stakes situations
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
  • Collaborate with a team committed to high-quality client outcomes


What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed attorney in Michigan (or ability to obtain)
