This role is fully remote, allowing you to provide vital mental health services through telehealth practices. Our modern telehealth platform enables you to connect with clients effectively, ensuring they receive necessary support from the comfort of their homes. While you will be primarily working independently, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is encouraged to foster a holistic approach to service delivery.

• Engage as a primary clinician both in virtual settings and the community, working with clients suffering from major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.
• Collaborate proactively with colleagues to achieve common goals, emphasizing teamwork and mutual respect.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines while maintaining a client-focused approach that is respectful of diverse traditions and beliefs.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans, coordinating with external service providers to ensure clients have access to comprehensive support.
• Provide direct clinical services to clients, including assessments, individual, group, and family therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Conduct evidence-based screenings and arrange for additional assessments when necessary.
• Assist with crisis intervention, applying appropriate strategies to mitigate urgent situations, ensuring client safety at all times.
• Monitor and document client progress, including admission, treatment, and discharge criteria, ensuring timely completion of reports.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committee meetings to enhance service delivery.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work primarily with diverse populations experiencing significant mental health challenges. This includes individuals from various cultural backgrounds who may also face socioeconomic disadvantages. Your role is integral to fostering trust and building therapeutic relationships that empower clients in their recovery journeys. You will adapt your approach to meet specific developmental needs and preferences, ensuring culturally competent care.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field is required.
• Valid LCSW license in the state of New Jersey.
• Expert knowledge in assessment, diagnosis, treatment, risk assessment, and crisis management relevant to mental health.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to clients and consult with colleagues.
• Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple cases and achieve performance goals.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting with a strong focus on individual and group therapy.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred to better serve our diverse client base.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education. Additional benefits include:
