About the Job

TGG Realty, Inc. is seeking a Document Processing Clerk to join our remote team. This position focuses on reviewing, organizing, processing, and maintaining documents using computer-based systems.

The role is well suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and comfortable working with digital documents and computer applications. Previous experience in real estate is not required. Candidates with backgrounds in data entry, clerical work, records processing, office operations, customer support, retail administration, or other detail-focused roles are encouraged to apply.

Comprehensive training will be provided on company procedures and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper formatting.
  • Enter information from documents into company systems accurately.
  • Process and organize digital documents according to established procedures.
  • Scan, upload, label, rename, and maintain electronic files.
  • Ensure documents are saved in the appropriate locations for easy retrieval.
  • Compare information across documents and identify discrepancies or missing information.
  • Maintain document logs, spreadsheets, and processing records.
  • Monitor document status and identify items requiring additional information.
  • Perform routine quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify duplicate, outdated, or incorrectly filed documents and make appropriate corrections.
