• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify and understand each client's mental health needs.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on the assessment results and the client's expressed goals.
• Deliver therapy using a variety of evidence-based approaches, ensuring that each session is tailored to the individual's unique circumstances and preferences.
• Engage clients in ongoing dialogue to collaboratively set therapeutic goals and adjust treatment plans as necessary throughout the therapy process.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and therapeutic connections through a virtual medium.
• Capacity for empathy and a commitment to understanding clients' unique challenges.
• Demonstrated proficiency in time management and organizational skills to effectively handle remote documentation and therapeutic interventions.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote client engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Background in working with underrepresented populations or diverse clientele.
