• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance overall client care and treatment outcomes while maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records.
• Stay informed about advancements in mental health through professional development workshops, and continually refine therapy techniques to ensure evidence-based practices are employed.
• Meet client needs with compassion and professionalism, establishing a supportive therapeutic relationship that fosters trust and encourages open dialogue.

Our patient population includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and various relational challenges. As a counselor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients develop coping strategies and work towards achieving their personal goals.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate counseling experience in a clinical setting.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines governing professional counseling practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating an ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team environment.
• Competence in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and related technology for efficient documentation.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is highly desirable.
• Previous experience working in telehealth settings is a plus.
