Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments to address the unique needs of clients.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care, utilizing shared insights to optimize treatment outcomes.
  • Engage in continuous learning through professional development workshops and training sessions to enhance skills and stay current with mental health research.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clientele will include individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
  • A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in clinical counseling is required.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and establish rapport with diverse client populations.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, depending on your experience and caseload. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
