Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Implement a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.
  • Facilitate individual, family, couples, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing various mental health issues.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care, participating in case reviews and team meetings to discuss treatment progress and case strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation to comply with ethical and legal standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems efficiently.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay updated on best practices and current trends in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family-related issues. Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits
