Work Environment

This position is conducted entirely via remote telehealth, providing flexibility and convenience for our therapists and patients alike. As a telehealth provider, you will use advanced electronic health record systems to conduct appointments and document patient interactions. Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patients' needs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver quality mental health care to individuals, couples, and families.
• Lead psychoeducational sessions and support groups that help address common mental health issues, fostering a sense of community among participants.
• Partner with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention services and necessary support during mental health emergencies via telehealth platforms.
• Educate patients on mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Actively participate in case conferences and team meetings to continually enhance our treatment strategies and patient outcomes.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy, integrating new findings into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population includes individuals of various ages and backgrounds, many of whom deal with complex mental health challenges and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic techniques.
• Proficient in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment strategies.
• Experience providing therapy to diverse populations, including in both individual and group settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients empathetically.
• Sound judgment and adherence to strict ethical and professional standards.
• Competence with electronic health record systems and comfort with digital documentation processes.
• A collaborative mindset that fosters teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience delivering teletherapy services is highly desirable.
• Keen interest in ongoing professional development and staying current in mental health research and methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits
