• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' mood disorders, focusing on the severity, duration, and frequency of symptoms such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs, goals, and preferences, integrating evidenced-based practices.
• Utilize modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide effective interventions.
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and essential self-care strategies to foster understanding and self-management.
• Monitor patient progress through regular check-ins and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Engage with psychiatrists and other health professionals to offer integrated care that addresses all aspects of the clients' mental health.
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment to refine and improve therapeutic techniques.

This role primarily focuses on individuals suffering from various mood disorders including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Your work will empower these individuals to reclaim control over their mental health and achieve stability through targeted therapy.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is mandatory.

• Annual compensation ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
