Work Environment

This position is designed as a full-time remote role, allowing flexibility while ensuring direct engagement with clients via telehealth platforms. Working from home, you will maintain a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to balance professional responsibilities with personal commitments. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify needs, emotions, and behaviors of clients seeking help in a detox center environment.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based practices.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, offering support and guidance that empowers clients on their recovery journeys.
  • Collaborate closely with medical professionals, addiction specialists, and family members to create an integrated treatment approach that supports client well-being.
  • Advocate for clients, helping them navigate and access necessary community resources, including housing, employment, and continued care options.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California is essential.
