The Document Control Specialist plays a crucial role within the Dedicated Document Control Team, working closely with Project Teams to manage regulatory compliance documents. This position primarily involves remote work with less than 10% travel, focusing on maintaining organized, accurate, and compliant project documentation through Electronic Document Management Systems like ACC. The role supports multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to document control standards throughout project lifecycles in an EPC environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize regulatory compliance documents using ACC
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across multiple projects
  • Monitor adherence to document control compliance standards
  • Generate and deliver regular reports on document status and compliance
  • Support EPC document control requirements
  • Collaborate within the Dedicated Document Control Team and Project Teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in document control
