This position allows for a flexible work setting, primarily remote, enabling you to fulfill your responsibilities while maintaining a work-life balance. You will be part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary team of therapists, case managers, and psychiatrists dedicated to delivering comprehensive mental health services. While much of your work will be conducted remotely, you will have access to our community health clinic facilities as needed for client meetings or team collaborations.

• Conduct thorough assessments and clinical evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that meet their unique goals.
• Provide high-quality therapeutic services using evidence-based practices, tailored to the individual client, group, or family dynamics.
• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care, facilitating improved patient outcomes.
• Offer crisis intervention services, demonstrating sensitivity and proficiency in managing acute distress situations while ensuring client safety and well-being.
• Participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and promoting overall community wellness.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will help clients facing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship problems, encouraging their journey towards recovery and resilience.

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A completed master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with clients effectively.
• A demonstrated commitment to cultural competence, with an understanding of the nuances involved in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, ensuring accurate and timely documentation for all client interactions.

We prefer candidates who have at least two years of experience providing mental health counseling in a community or clinical setting. Experience in a multidisciplinary team environment is also advantageous. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus, as this will facilitate efficient client management and documentation.
