• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans that foster their journey toward recovery.
• Provide individual therapy sessions through various modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based therapy, tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and monitor their progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Utilize teletherapy tools and software platforms to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring high-quality, accessible care for clients with scheduling or mobility challenges.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, upholding the ethical standards of the counseling profession.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including training workshops and supervision sessions, to enhance your skills and effectiveness as a counselor.

Our clients vary in age and background, experiencing diverse mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. • Must hold a valid and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Strong communication skills, demonstrating empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
• Highly organized, with excellent time-management skills to effectively handle caseload and administrative tasks.

Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in telehealth, is favored. Familiarity with digital platforms for remote counseling is an advantage. Previous experience working with specific populations (e.g., children, adolescents, adults) or presenting concerns is also beneficial.
