About this opportunity:

The Research Assistant is a temporary grant funded position covered by Mary Provence's SUP funds. The individual in this role will work remotely as directed by Dr. Provence.
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

What you'll do and what you'll bring:

The candidate will be responsible for supporting the research as follows:

  • Assisting with the finalization of project data analysis

  • Assisting with the preparation of 3 research manuscripts

  • Assisting with the preparation and delivery of at least one research presentation.

  • Assisting with research design and data collection.

Hours Per week: Approximately 8 hours per week

Typical Work Schedule:This is a remote position with a flexible work schedule.

Supervisor: Dr. Mary Provence, Assistant Professor of Social Work

Duration of Employment: August 17, 2026 - December 31, 2026

Travel:If required for research presentations, travel will be funded through Mary Provence's SUP funds.

Pay: $17.00/hour
