• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, strengths, and needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), across various formats such as individual, group, and family settings.
• Facilitate daily therapeutic groups, psychoeducation sessions, and skill-building workshops, helping to enhance coping strategies and resilience.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other allied health professionals to ensure an integrated approach to care and effective treatment planning.
• Assist patients and their families in understanding mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management, ensuring informed decision-making.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for this position.
