Remote Outbound Sales Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Already know your way around a State Farm agency? Paul Little State Farm is hiring an experienced, licensed Outbound Sales Representative to work fully remote. This is a seat for someone who has already carried a book, knows the products, and can get on the phone and produce without a ramp-up period.

This is a fully remote, work-from-home position. You can live anywhere in the U.S. as long as you keep Colorado (Mountain Time) business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Present multi-line insurance products tailored to each customer’s needs and goals
  • Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system
  • Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
  • Participate in product training and licensing coursework

Qualifications

  • Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication
  • Driven to keep outreach going day after day without being told
  • Two or more years of State Farm agency experience is a must
  • Must hold active Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses; unlicensed applications cannot be considered
  • Must be able to keep Colorado (Mountain Time) working hours
  • Fast, reliable internet and a distraction-free home office setup

Pay range: $55,000-$90,000 per year
