Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that address individual client needs and align with best practices in mental health care.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring each approach is adapted to the distinct needs of clients.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records while complying with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation is completed promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance the quality of care delivered.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A relevant Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Colorado.
• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, demonstrating an ability to customize therapeutic approaches to the unique needs of each client.
