• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the unique needs of each client.
• Provide therapeutic interventions in individual, family, and group settings, adapting methodologies to suit varied client backgrounds and experiences.
• Maintain an active caseload with a focus on delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment services for clients experiencing acute and chronic mental health challenges.
• Lead intensive clinical interventions and provide family therapy in coordination with rehabilitation programs.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, ensuring responsive and adaptive care strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall care quality.

The primary focus of this role is to support adults suffering from serious mental illnesses, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions. Many clients may also navigate developmental disabilities or chronic physical health issues. The therapist will be instrumental in providing individualized care that addresses these complex needs, fostering a pathway to recovery while promoting resilience and stability in their daily lives.

• A valid and active mental health professional license in California as either an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• Must reside in California to comply with licensure and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated passion for mental health care, possessing an empathetic, warm demeanor that embodies culturally competent service delivery.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in clinical mental health counseling, specifically within an outpatient setting.
• Experience working with a diverse population, understanding the intricacies of mental health across various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
