• Conduct comprehensive remote clinical assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to suit client preferences and requirements.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical management of patient information.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care for each individual.
• Engage in case consultations and peer review meetings to ensure continuous improvement of treatment approaches and to uphold a high standard of care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families about mental health concerns and available resources in the community.
• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health to effectively integrate new strategies into practice.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse mix of clients, primarily school-aged children and adolescents experiencing various mental health issues. This unique setting allows our LCSWs to make meaningful connections with patients, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and social difficulties. Your expertise will not only support individual clients but will also impact the broader school environment by promoting mental well-being among young learners.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential.
• Must hold a valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least three years of relevant clinical experience, focusing on providing psychotherapy services.
• Proficient knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy methodologies and interventions.
• Exemplary communication skills, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients and teamwork.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs effectively.
• Experience working in a remote or telehealth capacity is preferable, but not required.

• Previous experience working in a school setting or with children is advantageous, allowing for a better understanding of the unique challenges faced by school-aged clients.
• Familiarity with digital healthcare platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Specialized training in trauma-informed care or related fields would be beneficial.
